Do I need an account to use the FRISK App?

You may need to log in to access personal sections, such as your own exercise programme or appointment details. Please follow the instructions you receive from the practice or the relevant service. Your online shop account does not automatically grant you access to every personal app feature.

Can I change my username?

Your username is linked to your e-mail address and cannot be changed. Please contact our team if you still want to use a different e-mail address.

I have not received a reset email, what should I do?

Please check your spam or advertising folder first. If the mail is not in there, please contact us via the front office so we can help you further.

How do I reset the password for my FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen account?

When logging in to your website account, use the ‘Forgotten password’ option. Follow the instructions in the recovery email and check your spam folder if necessary. If you use a separate service for your exercises or appointments, please use that service’s recovery option. Never share your password with others.

Is there a FRISK app available?

How do I receive my exercise schedules?

Your physiotherapist will discuss with you which exercises you will be doing and how you can view the programme. Personalised exercises can be made available via the FRISK App. Please ask for an explanation or an alternative overview if you do not have access to the app.

Can I choose my practitioner myself?

Yes, you can specify which physiotherapist you would like an appointment with. We always try to take this into account.

What happens if I cancel my appointment late?

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged.

How can I make or change an appointment?

You can easily make or change an appointment via our online scheduler, by phone or via WhatsApp.

Are there additional costs with ultrasound or shockwave?

Vraag vóór de behandeling welk tarief van toepassing is en of er afzonderlijke kosten zijn. De vergoeding hangt af van uw verzekering, de indicatie en de manier waarop de behandeling wordt gedeclareerd. Ga er niet automatisch van uit dat echografie of shockwave volledig wordt vergoed.
