  I cannot recommend Friskfysio – and Randy in particular – highly enough.

I had been suffering from severe herniated disc and sciatica pain for over six months. During that time, I visited several physiotherapists, saw a chiropractor, had an epidural injection, and was taking painkillers, but nothing gave me lasting relief.

Everything changed when I started treatment with Randy. His knowledge, professionalism and personalised approach made a huge difference. He carefully identified the root cause of my problem, guided me through the right exercises and supported me throughout my recovery.

Today, I am delighted to say I am almost fully recovered, something I honestly didn’t think was possible a few months ago.

Thank you, Randy, for your dedication, patience and expertise. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me. I would highly recommend Friskfysio and Randy to anyone suffering from back pain, herniated discs or sciatica.

  I’ve been to several physiotherapists over the past few years. Frisk is clearly one of the better ones. The location is easy to get to. There’s plenty of parking nearby. They’re knowledgeable, professional and have all the necessary facilities. Highly recommended, not just for physiotherapy but also for dietetics, occupational therapy, etc.
