How can I book a treatment for my subscription?

You can book a treatment by making an appointment in person, or by calling us, emailing us or sending us a message via the app. We will then book the appointment for you, and you will receive a confirmation and reminders about your appointment.

What happens if I have to reschedule a treatment?

If you wish to reschedule an appointment, you can do so at least 24 hours in advance via your account or by contacting our customer service team. We’ll be happy to help you find a new time.

Can I give my subscription as a gift to someone else?

Would you like to pay for a subscription on behalf of someone else or give one as a gift? Please speak to the front office before purchasing to discuss the options, registration and payment. Do not assume that you can transfer an existing personal subscription. The participant and the payer must be clearly identified and must agree to the relevant terms.

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription to a higher tier. However, it is not possible to switch to a lower tier. If you would like to upgrade, please contact us and we will ensure that the change is implemented.

What happens if my subscription payment is unsuccessful?

If your subscription payment is not processed successfully, you will receive a notification. We will send you a reminder to make the payment again. If your payment is not completed after a number of attempts, your access to your subscription may be temporarily suspended.
