Does the app also work offline?

Use an internet connection to access up-to-date appointments, data and exercise programmes. Whether information previously opened remains visible without an internet connection may vary depending on the module and version. Please check this in advance if you wish to use your exercises offline.

Can I make and change appointments through the app?

Yes, in the app you can make new appointments, change or cancel existing appointments, provided it is done in time according to our terms and conditions.

What can I do with my exercise programme in the app?

You can view exercises with videos and instructions, track your progress, and watch the programme when and where it suits you.

Is the FRISK App free?

The FRISK App is available to download free of charge. This does not mean that treatments, subscriptions or products accessed via the app are free. The relevant rates and terms and conditions apply.

How often is the FRISK App updated?

Check the Apple App Store or Google Play to see if an update is available. You can enable automatic updates via your device settings. The app store lists the available version and changes; there is no fixed, guaranteed update frequency.

Can I use the app to view my invoices or payments?

For online shop invoices, please use your website account and the relevant order. If you have an invoice from Infomedics, please follow the instructions on that invoice. Do not assume that all treatment and online shop invoices will be visible together in the app.

Is the FRISK App compatible with both iOS and Android?

Yes, the app is available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

Can I manage my Physio Fitness subscription through the app?

View your subscription in your account on the website. To make a change, pause or cancel your subscription, please contact the front office or use the relevant account function. Any request must comply with your subscription terms and conditions; a ‘pause’ button in the app cannot be taken for granted.

Does the app support multiple languages?

Check the app and the current listing in the App Store to see which language options are available. This may vary depending on the version or the linked component. If you are unable to read a component properly, please ask the practice for an explanation.

Can I chat with my therapist through the app?

You can easily send messages to your therapist via the built-in chat function.
