Sports Ankle Support reliably supports the ankle joint during long sports sessions and combats painful sprains.
The bandage stabilises through beneficial compression and the integrated tape band. The bandage is wrapped around the foot in the shape of an eight, tightened if necessary, and is more durable than a classic sports tape. With movement, the knitted fabric massages the tissue. The tape loop applies targeted additional pressure. This stimulates blood flow and metabolism. This double stimulation causes a positive sensorimotor feedback: the band device is relieved, the stabilising muscles are controlled faster and thus joint coordination is improved for a long time. Lateral twisting is effectively counteracted. Pain due to overexertion decreases faster and pain-avoiding postures are avoided. The knitted fabric of the Sports Ankle Support resembles a fine network of airy meshes and is made of breathable, abrasion-resistant material.
