Hello, my name is Randy Hexspoor and I am a physio- and manual therapist at FRISKFYSIO. Since graduating in 2015, I have gained extensive experience in various practices, increasingly specialising in treating complaints of the spine, head, neck and jaw. My main interest lies in complaints such as facial pain, dizziness and other related conditions.
In recent years, I have further deepened my knowledge, including specialisations in orofacial therapy, Dry Needling and the McKenzie method. I am convinced that successful treatment is not only about symptom relief, but above all about finding and addressing the underlying cause of a complaint. Therefore, I focus on stimulating the body's natural ability to recover and providing personalised treatment plans aimed at both short-term and long-term results.
What gives me the most satisfaction in my work is the moment when my patients can move pain-free again and resume their daily activities. The recovery process is often not only physical, but also mental, and I value an open and honest collaboration with my patients. My goal is not only to help them recover, but also to provide them with the right knowledge and strategies to prevent future complaints.
In my spare time, I can regularly be found in the gym and enjoy climbing. These activities not only help me stay physically sharp, but also contribute to my understanding of the importance of functional movement and injury prevention.
