Due to the growth of the practice, FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen is looking for a driven paediatric physiotherapist(e) who is energised by evidence-based work, innovation, knowledge development and the continuous improvement of (care) processes.

What will you do?

As a paediatric physiotherapist(e), you are more than just a practitioner with us. You fulfil a central role as case manager and specialist. In this position, you draw up treatment plans, monitor them and make adjustments where necessary. You are the permanent point of contact for clients, parents and colleagues and you supervise the progress of treatment programmes and multidisciplinary coordination.

You provide personal and high-quality paediatric physiotherapy care, looking beyond treatment and acting preventively with an eye for the long term. In addition, you actively contribute to improvements within treatment processes and quality of care, even if this is off the beaten track. You work intensively with colleagues and external partners and actively contribute your expertise to the team.

Who are you?

You have a completed Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy with a specialisation in Paediatric Physiotherapy, or you are close to graduating. You are available at least 32 hours a week and communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented way. You are assertive in setting out care processes and feel at home in an environment where learning, innovating and improving are self-evident.

You take on the role of case manager firmly, actively connect with internal and external partners and know how to combine professionalism well with relaxation and humour.

You will receive a fixed salary between €3,570 and €4,600 per month, depending on experience and specialisations. You will also receive travel allowance and holiday pay, and there is an attractive additional scheme if you perform well. Your workplace

Our practice is located in a child-rich neighbourhood, right next to a BSO. We work with highly automated reporting and have a professional front and back office, keeping the administrative burden low. The demand for specialised paediatric physiotherapy is high, allowing you to treat a wide range of children and make a real impact.
