With every order placed in our online shop, you can earn points, which you can redeem for a discount on your next order. This scheme has been specially designed to reward our loyal customers.

Conditions
Account required: To earn and redeem points, you must create an account in our online shop. This is compulsory for your first purchase.
Rounding: Points will be rounded up at checkout.
Points display: During checkout, you can see how many points you can earn.
Using points: You can redeem the points you have collected when placing your next order.
Validity: Your accumulated points are valid for two years from the date you earn them.
Redeeming: When you redeem points, the maximum number of points applicable to that order will be used. You cannot choose a lower number yourself. Any points that are not used will remain available until their expiry date.
Maximum points applicable: The total value of the items determines the maximum number of points you can apply.

  • You have saved up 4,000 points and wish to buy an item worth €20.00. At checkout, you can redeem up to 2,000 points, which is equivalent to a €20.00 discount. The remaining 2,000 points will remain available until their expiry date.

Earning extra points
Reviews: You will receive 200 points for your first product review, which is equivalent to a €2 discount. (A few days after your purchase, you will receive a separate email asking you to write a review.)
Account registration: You will automatically receive 100 points when you create your account.

Points
Earning points: For every €1 you spend, you’ll receive 1 point.
Redeeming points: 100 points equal €1 discount.

Examples
Example 1:
Suppose you place an order of €45.75:

  • You will receive 46 points (rounding up).
  • On your next order, you can redeem these points for discounts.

Example 2:
You take out an annual subscription to the Fysio Fitness PREMIUM membership and pay €90 per month for 12 months:

  • You will receive 90 points per month.
  • After one year, you will have collected a total of 12 × 90 = 1,080 points, which is equivalent to a discount of €10.80.

Rewards

  • For an order of €100: You will receive 100 points, which is equivalent to a €1 discount on your next order.
  • First product review: You will receive 200 points, which is equivalent to a €2 discount. (A few days after your purchase, you will receive a separate email asking you to write a review.)
  • Account registration: You will receive 100 points when you create your account.
