Bandage for relief and stabilisation of the wrist
In case of acute injury, persistent overuse, chronic wear and tear or after surgery, the wrist needs rest and reliable external stabilisation. It is equally important to restore the joint's mobility as soon as possible. This is where our ManuTrain hand support helps: via the two-part strap system, stabilisation can be individually adjusted to the symptoms without restricting grip movements. The strap system is wrapped around the palm of the hand and wrist from the forearm and fastened to provide immediate relief in the event of severe symptoms. The degree of stabilisation can thus be reduced as a function of treatment and pain. To do this, when wearing the bandage, you must first remove the stabilisation band and, in a second step, the elastic fascia band, which is wrapped around the wrist.
With movement, the bandage works pain-relieving through medical compression of the tissue and offers a massage effect that promotes circulation and regeneration. The elastic Train knit also stimulates your joint-stabilising muscles together with the pad at the ulna. The functional pad has a cutout for the bone knob, preventing pressure spikes. In addition, it serves as a positioning aid for the wrist brace. The ManuTrain's skin-friendly materials, reduced-pressure edges and anatomically shaped thumb opening make it more comfortable to wear during daily activities or therapeutic exercises.

Help for the hand
The anatomically shaped active ManuTrain® bandage supports, stabilises and massages. The three-dimensional knit fits comfortably, does not shift and stimulates circulation. Two inserts take pressure off nerves and vessels. Through the optional use of the deformable bar on the palmar side, the active bandage works more or less stabilising.
Excellent form and function
Material and shape of the active Train® bandages were awarded the iF product design award in 2007. The breathable, skin-friendly knitted fabric adapts to every body movement without cupping or shifting. At the edge of the bandage, the material therefore has a much softer and more elastic finish. In this way, ManuTrain® supports healing and mobility of the hand.
A bandage for overall regeneration
As treatment progresses, symptoms subside and the wrist becomes more mobile, the stabilising effect of your ManuTrain may become limited. When wearing the bandage, leave out the stabilising band first and, in a second phase, the fascia band.
Donning aid included
The high stretchability of the breathable and skin-friendly knit and the accompanying donning aid make it easier to put on and take off the ManuTrain.
