Due to the growth of the practice, FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen is seeking an oedema therapist who is energised by evidence-based work, innovation, knowledge development, and the continuous improvement of (healthcare) processes.
Employment: 32–40 hours per week (fixed hours)
Salary: €3,570 – €4,700 per month (fixed salary)

Your role: case manager and specialist
As an oedema therapist, you fulfil a central case manager role. This means that you:
- Draws up, monitors and adjusts the treatment plan.
- You are the point of contact for both clients and colleagues.
- The management maintains control over the progress of projects and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Offers personalised, high-quality oedema therapy treatment.
- Have an eye for long-term recovery and also take a preventive approach and act accordingly
- Actively contributing ideas for improvements in treatment processes and quality of care, even if it means thinking outside the box.
- Focus on our internal and external collaboration. (including AVL)
In addition, you will contribute your expertise in oedema management to the team and support your colleagues where necessary.

Employment conditions
- Fixed salary between €3,570 and €4,700, depending on experience and specialisations.

Who are you?
We are seeking someone who:
- A completed higher professional education programme in Physiotherapy with a specialisation in Oedema Therapy (or nearly completed).
- Is available for at least 32 hours per week.
- Strong communication skills and enjoys thinking in terms of solutions.
- Assertive and clear in setting out care pathways.
- Feeling at home in an environment where learning, innovation and improvement are the norm.
- Takes on the role of case manager with determination and actively connects with internal and external partners/networks.
- Finding a good balance between professionalism and relaxation/humour.
