You will train with a personal exercise programme tailored to your goals and any complaints such as back, knee or shoulder problems. Our professionals are always present for guidance, adjustments and motivation, so you can exercise safely and with pleasure.

What is unique about FRISKFYSIO is that several care disciplines work together under one roof. Besides physiotherapy, you can easily visit our dietician or podiatrist, with short lines of communication and targeted advice.
