conditions<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Cancelling your subscription:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Subscription of 1 year or less:<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so \u2013 unless otherwise agreed \u2013 before the end of the subscription period, giving one month\u2019s notice. If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will be automatically renewed for an indefinite period after the agreed period. You can cancel indefinite subscriptions at any time, subject to one month\u2019s notice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>How can you cancel?<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can cancel your subscription via your online account on the website, by email or by completing the cancellation form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Termination for special reasons:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>You can also cancel your subscription if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are moving to a different address, and the journey time to the gym is too long for you to continue using its services.<\/li>\n<li>You have a medical condition (supported by a doctor\u2019s certificate) which prevents you from taking part in sport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In these cases, FRISKFYSIO BV can recalculate the costs for the period of use based on the actual months taken.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Suspending your subscription:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you are temporarily unable to exercise for medical reasons, you may temporarily suspend your membership by arrangement (for a maximum of 3 months). After this period, your membership will be reactivated for the remainder of the term. FRISKFYSIO BV may charge an administration fee for this suspension.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Interim termination by FRISKFYSIO BV:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>FRISKFYSIO BV may terminate your membership if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you do not comply with the terms and conditions or the internal regulations.<\/li>\n<li>You behave unlawfully towards FRISKFYSIO BV or other members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In that case, the remaining subscription fee will not be refunded.
