Thus, the brace combats typical pain caused by overuse, such as in tennis or golfer's elbow, and prevents long-term complaints. The five-point pad, a special functional element with studs, exerts direct pressure on the inflamed tendon insertions of the forearm muscles. The pad is fastened so that it lies on the outside or inside of the elbow. The five studs exert pressure on the pain trigger points, thereby stimulating the area. Irritation and inflammation can subside faster. The Sports Elbow Strap is particularly flat, anatomically shaped and is made of breathable, abrasion-resistant material. This makes the brace comfortable to wear and practical during sports. The brace is tightened using a Boa\u00ae fastener until it is secure, without constriction and until the desired pressure is achieved.
