There is a lot of talk about the importance of fitness even in these times. <\/b><b>But what are the benefits of fitness? Why do you need to build your fitness slowly? Then you can always improve your fitness yourself by working out. Considering the above benefits, a good investment!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Build your fitness slowly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So the benefits of good fitness are huge, but don't go overboard with building your fitness right away. Your body needs to get used to new movements and an increase in exertion level first. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So to avoid injury and overexertion, it is important to build up your fitness gradually and slowly.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Do you notice that you are keeping up your exercises or your workout a little bit easier each time? Then you can build up a step further. After training, always give your muscles enough rest to recover. You will notice that your body gets fitter and fitter, that you can keep up the same exercises for longer and that you build up fitness.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Use it or lose it<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do you wait too long between workouts or sports or don't exercise for a long time? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then your muscles will recover to the starting values of before your last workout and your fitness and strength will decrease again. This is because j<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">he body uses building materials very efficiently. The moment you don't use these substances, your body loses muscle mass and converts it into fat.
