Enkele redenen die wij kunnen bedenken zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mensen bewegen te weinig door gebrek aan tijd.<\/li>\n<li>Een te drukke kantoorbaan of een ander zittend beroep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Blijf niet zitten en KOM IN BEWEGING!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>De training<\/h4>\n<p>Core Stability is een training waarbij veel verschillende oefeningen worden gedaan om de wervelkolom en omliggende spieren te versterken. Wanneer uw romp (ofwel: core) stabiel en sterk is, zult u minder rugklachten ervaren. Tijdens de lessen ligt de nadruk op oefeningen voor de buik- en rugspieren. Maar ook de benen en armen worden hierin meegenomen. Kortom, een training voor het hele lichaam.<\/p>\n<p>Bij FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen bieden we een uitgebreide Core Stability training aan die zich richt op het verbeteren van de kracht en stabiliteit van uw romp. Onze deskundige fysiotherapeuten begeleiden u bij elke stap om ervoor te zorgen dat u de oefeningen correct uitvoert en het meeste uit uw training haalt.<\/p>\n<h4>Voor wie?<\/h4>\n<p>De Core Stability les is met name bedoeld voor mensen die voorheen Nek- of Rugtraining gevolgd hebben in onze praktijk, FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen. Tijdens de les worden de eerder geleerde oefeningen verder uitgebreid en onderhouden.
