FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen works with Infomedics for invoicing. Below you can read what to expect when you receive an invoice from Infomedics.<\/p>\n

1. Receipt of the invoice<\/h2>\n

After your treatment, you may receive an invoice from Infomedics. Infomedics sends this on behalf of FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen. The invoice will show which treatments you are paying for.<\/p>\n

2. Account details<\/h2>\n

Please check the name of the healthcare provider, the treatments, the amounts and the payment reference. To view or download your full invoice, please follow the instructions provided by Infomedics.<\/p>\n

3. Paying your bill<\/h2>\n

Please use the payment details and payment options provided by Infomedics on your bill. You can pay your bill online via the payment portal. Would you like to defer payment or pay in instalments? Check with Infomedics to see what options and terms apply to your bill. A payment plan can be set up via direct debit.<\/p>\n

4. Reimbursement by your health insurer<\/h2>\n

Whether your treatment is covered depends on your insurance and the terms and conditions of your health insurer. If the bill has been submitted directly to your health insurer, you will receive a bill for the portion that is not covered. If the bill has not been submitted to your insurer, you can check with your health insurer yourself to see if you can claim this back. Please ensure you pay the bill by the due date stated on it.<\/p>\n

5. Questions about your account<\/h2>\n

If you have any questions about payment, please contact Infomedics using the contact details on your invoice. Do you have a question about a treatment or an item listed on the invoice? If so, please contact FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen. Your health insurer can explain your reimbursement entitlement to you.<\/p>\n
