FRISKFYSIO Amstelveen, due to the growth of the practice, is looking for a driven oedema therapist<\/strong> who is energised by evidence-based working, innovation, knowledge development and the continuous improvement of (healthcare) processes.<\/p>\n

Salary:<\/strong> \u20ac3,570 \u2013 \u20ac4,700 per month (fixed salary)<\/p>\n

What will you do?<\/h2>\n

As an oedema therapist(e), you are more than just a practitioner with us. You fulfil a central role as case manager and specialist<\/strong>. You draw up treatment plans, monitor them and make adjustments where necessary. You are the permanent point of contact for clients and colleagues and supervise the progress of treatment processes and multidisciplinary coordination.<\/p>\n

You provide personalised and high-quality oedema therapy and look beyond just the moment of treatment. You act with a long-term view on recovery and also have an eye for prevention. In addition, you actively think along about improvements within treatment processes and the quality of care, also when this lies off the beaten track.<\/p>\n

You will work closely with internal and external healthcare partners, including the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek (AVL) in Amsterdam, and actively bring your oedema expertise to the team.<\/p>\n

Who are you?<\/h2>\n

You have a completed Bachelor of Physical Therapy with Oedema Therapy specialisation, or you are close to graduating. You are available at least 32 hours a week and communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented way. You are assertive in setting out care processes and feel at home in an environment where learning, innovating and improving are self-evident.<\/p>\n

You take on the role of case manager firmly, actively connect with internal and external partners and know how to combine professionalism well with relaxation and humour.<\/p>\n

What do we offer?<\/h2>\n

Every three weeks there are intervision moments with the team and twice a year we have development interviews aimed at your growth and ambitions. You will receive a fixed salary between \u20ac3,570 and \u20ac4,700 per month, depending on experience and specialisations. We also offer travel reimbursement, holiday pay and an attractive additional scheme when working well. You will work with flexible working hours and a fixed schedule.
