About Randy<\/strong>
\nHello, my name is Randy Hexspoor and I am a physio- and manual therapist at FRISKFYSIO. Since graduating in 2015, I have gained extensive experience in various practices, increasingly specialising in complaints of the spine, head, neck and jaw. My particular interest lies in facial pain, dizziness and other related conditions.<\/p>\n

In recent years, I have further deepened my knowledge with specialisations in orofacial therapy, Dry Needling and the McKenzie method, among others. For me, successful treatment is not just about reducing symptoms, but mainly about identifying and addressing the underlying cause. I focus on stimulating the body's natural ability to recover and work with personalised treatment plans aimed at both short-term and long-term results.<\/p>\n

What gives me the most satisfaction in my work is the moment when patients can move freely again and resume their daily activities without restrictions. Recovery is often not only physical, but also mental. This is why I value open and honest cooperation and clear communication. My goal is not only to help patients recover, but also to give them the right knowledge and strategies to prevent future complaints.<\/p>\n

In my spare time, I can regularly be found at the gym and enjoy climbing. These activities keep me physically sharp and strengthen my understanding of functional movement and injury prevention.<\/p>\n
