Hi! My name is Jennifer and I have enjoyed working at FRISKFYSIO as a medical secretary since 2024. In this role, I am the first point of contact for clients visiting the practice. You can find me at reception, where I make sure everything runs smoothly, from answering phone calls to scheduling appointments. Together with my colleagues, I provide smooth administrative support, both in the front office and the back office, and help the physiotherapists by managing files and preparing the necessary documents. I put my heart and soul into giving clients a warm welcome and contributing to a pleasant, professional and confidential atmosphere within the practice. My goal is to ensure that every client feels well cared for and confidently uses our services.<\/p>\n

I live with my husband, daughter and four cats in Hoofddorp, where we lead a cosy and homely life. At home, I enjoy cooking and regularly try out new recipes, especially at weekends, when I like to take the time to experiment in the kitchen with family and friends. Hosting friends for drinks or a meal is something I really enjoy; it always creates fine moments of conviviality and connection. I also spend a lot of time in my vegetable garden, where I grow vegetables and herbs with care and attention. These moments in nature help me relax and recover from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I am also a fan of board games and video games, and enjoy taking walks to discover new places. Yoga is another passion of mine, as it helps me stay physically and mentally balanced. As a cat person, I greatly enjoy the cosiness our four-legged friends bring and feel blessed by their loving presence.<\/p>\n
