Branch manager and Physiotherapist/Manual/Specialisation

We are expanding! We are immediately looking for a ambitious Physiotherapist and Branch Manager with at least 2 years' experience, for our Elsrijk Paramedic Centre location in Amstelveen.

FriskFysio Amstelveen is a modern and progressive Paramedic Centre. We have a fresh approach where innovation and quality are very important to us.

At PMC Elsrijk, some eight therapists work alongside other disciplines (such as dietician, podiatrist) in a multidisciplinary setting. We work with Ultrasound, Echo Guided Injection, shockwave, Percutaneous Electrolysis and have a modern exercise room. Besides having a nice working atmosphere, we always try to get the most out of a treatment programme by a lot of cooperation internally and externally.

To further develop our organisation and fulfil our ambitions, we are immediately looking for a branch manager for this location.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a motivated branch manager with experience as a physiotherapist.

You will work as a Branch Manager and Physiotherapist.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS ARE IN THE AREA OF:

• Thinking along and implementing policy
• Supervising team, HR work.
• Supervise and control many internal processes such as, agenda management, claims process.
• Maintain and create contacts external parties.
• First point of contact internally/externally
• Setting an example as a therapist and manager.

FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years' experience in practice support tasks
• Level of education college/university
• Enterprising and balanced personality
• Assertive and outside-the-box thinking.
• High degree of independence
• Social and communicative skills
• Signalling and analytical skills
• An eye for innovation and growth

Salary: €3,500.00 - €4,800.00 per month
