We are immediately looking for a driven Secretary/Receptionist/Telephonist for our Paramedical Centre in Amstelveen. Will you join our team in the position of:

As a secretary/telephonist(e)/
Work
- Welcoming patients and members
- Speaking to patients and members live and on the phone
- Inbound and outbound telephone traffic, providing information about our practices.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
- Calendar management therapists
- Checking and entering patient data.
- Support therapist team in administrative processes
- Back office tasks
Job requirements
- Diploma (executive) secretary MBO level 4 required!
- Medical secretary is an advantage.
- Good social and communication skills.
- Experience and proficient with ICT + Microsoft office/google environment is required.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing (ABN).
- Skilled with ICT and today's digital world.
- Living within a radius of max 35 km from Amstelveen.
- Prè is a minimum of 1 year's experience as a secretary/receptionist/
operator in a physiotherapy practice or other practice setting.
Training
- Minimum MBO level 4 thinking and working level.
- Medical secretary is pre.
- Experience in administrative processing and use of computer.
